Who we are
CreatorWarden is a service of Clever Arts Ltd (Клевър Артс ООД), company no. 203987047, Plovdiv, Bulgaria. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “CreatorWarden” mean Clever Arts Ltd. “You” means the person or company that opens an account or buys from us.
By using the website or buying a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Write to us at [email protected] with any question.
What we provide
We read your public videos and tell you where a video may have a problem under YouTube’s published rules. The services are:
- Free check. A check of 3 of your videos: your most viewed, your newest and one you choose. Each is read in full by software; a person looks at any finding if you ask.
- Deep Audit. A report on your whole public channel, video by video. Software reads the videos, and a named person checks every finding. We aim to send the report within 5 working days after we can read your channel.
- Guard. A monthly service. It checks every new public video automatically after it goes live, reads the titles, descriptions and thumbnails of the month’s new videos once a month, and, when YouTube changes a rule, checks the new rule against your whole record. Guard is included for the first 30 days with the Deep Audit.
- Tokens. Guard comes with 8 tokens a month. Tokens are for checks before you publish: 1 check uses 1 token, and a named person’s signature on it uses 1 more. Checks of videos after they go live, the monthly sync and rule-change re-checks use no tokens. While Guard is on you can buy extra tokens.
- Check a video. You upload a video before you publish it, and we check it. If you fix the clip and upload it again within 72 hours, that re-check is free.
- Notice guide. You tell us what YouTube did to one of your videos, for example a yellow icon, an age restriction or a warning. We read the video and show you what YouTube flagged, the most likely reason (our reading, not YouTube’s), your options, and text you can use if you decide to appeal. The guide is free for a video we have read; signed by a person, it uses 1 token. We do not file appeals for you and we do not promise any result.
Where we say a check is signed or checked by a person, a named member of our team has looked at it. Where we do not say so, it is software only.
What we are not
- Our result is an assessment by CreatorWarden. It is not a decision by YouTube.
- We make no promise about what YouTube will decide, and we do not predict it. A video we mark as fine can still be restricted, and a video we flag can stay as it is.
- We are not a law firm, and nothing we write is legal advice.
- We are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to YouTube or Google.
Your account and roles
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for keeping your sign-in details private.
An account has three roles. The owner manages the account, billing and access. A person who sees and decides can read results and answer them. A person who sees can only read results. The owner chooses who gets which role and can remove anyone at any time.
How access to your channel works
To read private information such as Studio data, you invite our Viewer (limited) access in YouTube Studio. That access can only view. You can remove it at any time in YouTube Studio.
We need access to analyse your channel. If you have not given it by day 30 we cannot start and your order is put on hold; you can start any time until day 90; after day 90 the order expires and, because we could not start, this does not entitle you to a refund except where the law requires it.
We never log in to your YouTube account. We never ask for your password. If someone writes to you in our name and asks for your password, it is not us.
Files you upload
When you upload a video file for Check a video, we store it in the EU. We delete it automatically after 3 days. We keep a short record that it was deleted. We never use your files to train any model.
You confirm that you have the right to upload what you upload.
Prices and payment
We show the price before you pay. The Deep Audit price is fixed from your channel link before you pay. Tax is added at payment where it applies. Our payment partner processes all payments. We do not see or store your full card details.
Prices can change for new orders. A price you have already paid does not change.
Subscriptions and renewals
- Guard is included for the first 30 days with the Deep Audit.
- Nothing is charged for Guard unless you continue it yourself. Around day 20 to 29 of the 30 included days, your account offers to continue Guard. To continue, you choose Guard monthly ($149 a month) or the Founding year ($1,199 a year) on the “continue” page in your account and tick the renewal box there. The box is not ticked for you: “I agree that Guard renews every month at $149 until I cancel.” If you tick it, we keep your card on file with our payment partner and Guard continues at that price until you cancel. Our payment partner reminds you at least 7 days before the first charge.
- If you do nothing, Guard stops on day 30 and nothing is charged. You can start it later from your account.
- You can cancel in one click at any time in Plan & billing. Guard then runs to the end of the period you already paid. The Founding year renews once a year, and we remind you 30 days before.
- Monthly tokens roll over, up to 16 in total, while Guard is on. Extra tokens are sold only while Guard is on, are valid for 6 months from the day you buy them, and stay usable for checks before publishing after Guard stops.
Refunds
Fees are non-refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund, or where we cannot deliver the service. If we have access to your channel and fail to deliver, we refund you in full. If you have not given us access, the access rule in “How access to your channel works” applies. The details are in our Refund policy.
Acceptable use
Please do not:
- use the service to harm others or to break the law;
- try to break, overload or get around our systems;
- resell the service, or share your account sign-in with people outside the roles you set;
- upload files you have no right to upload.
Our work and the record we keep for you
We own the software, the website and the way we present results. You keep all rights to your videos and your channel.
The Warden File is the record we build for your channel. You can download it at any time. We keep our copy for as long as Guard runs and for 90 days after Guard ends. After that we delete it. If you ask, we erase it within 7 days.
Limits on our responsibility
We do our work with reasonable care. We cannot control YouTube, so we are not responsible for decisions YouTube makes, or for lost income that comes from them.
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law, and nothing takes away your rights as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country.
Suspension
We can pause or close an account if it breaks these terms, if a payment fails and is not fixed, or if we must by law. Where we can, we tell you first and give you time to fix it. If we close your account without a fault of yours, we refund the unused part of what you paid.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We show the date of the last update at the top. If a change matters for a service you already paid for, we write to you before it starts.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rights you have in the country where you live are not affected. Disputes are for the courts that have power under the law. You can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
