The compliance department for YouTube creators

YouTube won’t warn you. We will.

A channel worth millions can vanish in a day — no warning, one appeal, decision final. We read your catalog against the written rules, and put it in writing.

01THE RISK

We study how channels die.

Not to scare you — to learn where the warning signs hide. Measured: they hide in what is said and shown, not in the titles.

5M
channels removed in one quarter YouTube’s own transparency report
130K

CASE FILE · DEADLINE Screen Culture — 1.4M subscribers. Demonetized (Mar 2025) → fixed metadata → monetization restored → kept going without watching the rules → terminated (Dec 2025). The lesson: a fix without a watch only postpones the end.
“Two years of work, 300+ videos, 56K subs — gone in a second.” “YouTube gave me a Silver Play Button and terminated me the same day.” “My 800K channel has died overnight.”

02THE WATCH

The rules moved 141 times since 2019. Your videos didn’t.

We check the rulebook every day and, once a change is reviewed, map it to the catalogs we guard — “this touches 6 of your videos.” Old videos were made under rules that no longer exist: some became dangerous, some can earn again.

REPORT Nº CW-35DA437 VIDEOS
Nothing found.

Disaster documentaries

437 videos on nuclear accidents and industrial catastrophes. Grim subject matter throughout — and not one false alarm. A lobotomy engraving is an engraving, not surgery.

Why it matters: the hard part is a scanner that does not invent problems.

2 findings.

True-crime podcast

A studio show — people talking. Dozens of titles sound alarming; the content is not. The two findings are videos that describe an act, not a topic.

Why it matters: a one-signal scanner would have raised 42 alarms.

REPORT Nº CW-1E1APILOT · AUG 2026
1 finding.

Firearms reviews

Hundreds of videos, every one about guns. The scan stayed quiet through the ordinary reviews and stopped on a single trigger device demonstrated firing — the one video actually against policy.

Why it matters: a keyword filter flags every one. We flagged one, and named the clause.

04THE METHOD

How a finding is made — and why you can trust it.

Two instruments, one rule: a finding names the clause and the evidence — and in the paid tiers, a person checks every material finding before it reaches you.

FIG. 01 — THE WITNESS AND THE JUDGE

One describes. One rules.

A witness writes down what is said and shown, moment by moment; a separate judge rules only on that record and the quoted clause.

FIG. 02 — THE CASCADE

Machines sort. People decide.

The record is checked for completeness, a reasoning judge rules on the quoted clause, and in the paid tiers a person signs.

FIG. 03 — THE SEALED DOSSIER

Evidence, not memories.

A dated record of when you were clean — what an appeal can carry.

05THE REVIEW

CHANNEL-SPECIFIC REVIEW

Your channel deserves evidence — not another score.

CreatorWarden turns material channel findings into a documented review record, so you can see what deserves attention and move forward with clarity.

DOCUMENTED

A clear record of channel-specific findings, built for review and follow-through.

HUMAN-REVIEWED

Material findings are reviewed by a human analyst — not left to an automated score.

No Google sign-in or OAuth connection required for public-channel analysis.

Independent risk assessment — not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

06THE LADDER

07THE DIFFERENCE

A checker reads words. We read the catalog.

You have probably tried one. Here is the whole difference, in five lines.

Growth tools grow the asset. The Warden protects it.

What we cover — three commitments

The rulebook, quoted — our versioned corpus of 1,840 clauses, every one copied from YouTube’s own policy pages and kept under human review; zero written by us.

Silence when your catalog is fine — most catalogs come back quiet, and we say so in writing.

The dossier — a dated copy of every finding that outlives the video.

What we refuse to promise — three refusals

Immunity from YouTube’s decisions — anyone who guarantees that is lying to you.

Per-video prediction — nobody beats a coin flip there; we measured. We work at the level YouTube actually enforces.

Tricks against the platform — we protect channels, we don’t outsmart rules.

08THE PRICE

Built for channels where downtime is expensive.

A termination takes everything; the Warden takes 1.4% — for a channel earning $250k a year, that is the cost of ongoing protection. The first look is free.

The free scan comes first, always — that is the trial. Want the audit? We agree the scope and invoice it up front: no card, no checkout, an invoice from a registered company, and a person replies the same working day. Most catalogs come back quiet — being able to trust that is what you pay for.

10THE FOUNDER

We built this after it happened to us.

On a market drowning in phishing, the first proof is a face.

Bozhidar Yanakiev
Bozhidar Yanakiev Founder · Clever Arts Ltd

My team and I come from this industry. We have made video for years — and we have been on the receiving end of YouTube’s enforcement ourselves: no warning, one appeal, decision final. That is not a line from a report. That was our inbox.

So we built what would have saved us: something that warns a creator before it is too late, instead of explaining afterwards what went wrong.

We made the videosWe know what a catalog costs to build.
We lost the channelsThat is why the first scan is free.

11THE QUESTIONS

Questions, answered straight.

Access & permissions

CreatorWarden can

  • Read the public data of your channel
  • Read what is said and shown in your public videos
  • Read the original files you choose to send us (Shield)
  • Keep the dated record of every finding

CreatorWarden cannot

  • Upload, edit or delete anything
  • Publish or change your channel in any way
  • Act on your behalf towards YouTube
  • See your password — we never ask for one
Is it really just one appeal?

It depends on the decision. For per-video monetization reviews, YouTube states one appeal — and the reviewer’s decision is final. Age-restriction appeals are in practice one attempt per video. Community Guidelines strikes and channel terminations have their own processes — but none of them offers a second chance once the review is done. That is why we prepare the evidence before you need it.

Do you guarantee I won’t get banned?

No — and nobody honest can, because the decisions are YouTube’s. What we guarantee: you’ll know what in your catalog violates today’s rules, you’ll hear about every reviewed rule change that touches you, and if the worst happens you’ll hold a documented dossier instead of memories.

Do you need access to my account?

No — never. We read public videos only, and we never ask for a Google sign-in, a Studio invitation or a password. Nothing is granted, so there is nothing to revoke. For the Deep Audit you export the list of your videos from your own YouTube Studio Analytics — we prepare the links, you press Export and send us the files; only the channel owner can do that. In Shield you may also send us your own original file for a richer read. Both stay yours, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

What counts as a “heavy” upload schedule for Shield?

Shield is priced for a weekly rhythm. If you publish substantially more, we quote your channel individually — after we have measured what your schedule actually takes. No surprise invoices either way.

Why not just use TubeBuddy’s free checker?

Because a keyword checker and a compliance audit are not the same product — the five-line comparison above sets them side by side. One practical note: TubeBuddy lists 50K+ subscribers among the criteria that can move an account to business licensing — which is roughly where this problem starts to cost real money.
