These terms govern your use of CreatorWarden, operated by Clever Arts Ltd (Клевър Артс ООД), registered in Bulgaria (company no. 203987047, VAT BG203987047), with registered office at 2 Eliezer Kalev St., Plovdiv, Bulgaria. By requesting a free scan, ordering an audit or subscribing, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them.
YouTube Terms of Service. CreatorWarden reads public YouTube data through YouTube API Services. By using CreatorWarden you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
The short version. We give you our own, independent assessment of where your public videos sit against YouTube's published rules. Every finding cites the clause and the evidence behind it, so you can judge it yourself. We are not YouTube, we cannot decide what YouTube does, and we do not guarantee any outcome. A CreatorWarden assessment is not a decision, approval or guarantee by YouTube or Google.
CreatorWarden assesses public YouTube videos against YouTube's published policies and returns a report identifying material that, in our assessment, carries compliance risk. Each finding names the clause it relates to, the evidence for it, and the nearest clause we considered and rejected. Every report states that its conclusions are CreatorWarden's independent assessment and not findings, approvals or decisions of YouTube or Google.
The assessment is produced by an automated system. In the Deep Audit, material findings are also checked by a named reviewer before delivery; the free scan is fully automatic and no person reads it. The service reads only videos that are public on YouTube. We do not download or store your videos, and we never ask for access to your Google Account.
Enforcement decisions belong entirely to YouTube. Our own testing shows that between two near-identical videos from the same channel, the outcome is not reliably predictable by anyone, and we do not claim otherwise.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT, sales tax or similar charges, which are shown on your invoice or at checkout where they apply. Larger catalogues and several channels are quoted individually.
The audit. The Deep Audit is invoiced before work begins. The free scan precedes it and shows you the quality of our work on your own videos at no cost, so you know what you are buying. A clean result is a delivered result: most catalogues contain no findings, and the audit is paid for the examination and the evidence behind it, not for the number of problems it uncovers.
The included Shield period. Every Deep Audit includes 30 calendar days of Shield, starting on the day your audit is delivered. Before that period ends we will email you and you choose one of three things: continue Shield, move to Guard, or end. If you say nothing, the service ends and nothing is charged. Silence never becomes a subscription.
Guard and Shield are billed monthly in advance and renew each month until cancelled. We tell you the price and the renewal terms before you subscribe, and we start a subscription only with your explicit agreement. The renewal date and the price are stated on every invoice. You may cancel at any time by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. If we end a subscription without cause, we refund the unused portion.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the legal guarantee that the service conforms to its description (Directive (EU) 2019/770). Conformity means the service described in these terms — an assessment with cited clauses and evidence — not any particular outcome at YouTube. Consumer guarantees in other countries, such as the Australian Consumer Law or the UK Consumer Rights Act, apply where the law requires, and nothing in these terms excludes them.
We read public YouTube data through YouTube API Services and must refresh or delete it within 30 days. To read what is said and shown in a video, we use Google's Gemini service, which reads a public video directly from its YouTube address. Google currently offers that feature in preview and may change or withdraw it. If a video cannot be read, the report says so — it is marked not analysed rather than guessed at. We may change the method by which we read videos, provided the service still delivers what is described here.
Guard detects new public uploads automatically through YouTube notifications, with a daily reconciliation; every detected upload is either analysed or reported as not analysed. We do not promise real-time detection or that every event reaches us.
While the service is in early access, delivery times are indicative rather than guaranteed. We will tell you before you pay if this applies to you.
You keep all rights in your channel, your videos and any files you give us. You grant us a limited licence to analyse them solely to produce your reports. How we handle your data, and for how long, is set out in our Privacy Policy. When the service ends, you can export your channel record for 30 days; you can ask us to delete your data at any time and we do so within 7 days. We hold no access to your Google Account, so there is nothing to revoke.
Reports, the assessments in them, the rule database and the site itself remain our intellectual property. You may use your reports freely inside your own organisation and share them with your advisers; please do not republish them as your own work or resell them.
The service is provided without warranty that it will identify every compliance risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost views, or the consequences of any platform decision. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded — including the statutory rights of consumers wherever they live.
We do not offer the service to people or organisations in territories under comprehensive United States or European Union sanctions, or where providing it would breach export-control or trade laws. We may refuse or cancel an order on that ground and will refund any unused portion.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law or by a platform we depend on, or if continuing would expose us to legal risk. Where we end a subscription without cause, we refund the unused portion.
We may change these terms. For material changes affecting active subscribers we will give at least 30 days' notice by email, and you may cancel before they take effect.
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, and the courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, or of your right to bring a claim there. If something goes wrong, write to us first — we resolve almost everything by email. Consumers may also use an alternative dispute resolution body in their country; in Bulgaria, the conciliation committees at the Commission for Consumer Protection.
